The Galesburg Area Convention & Visitors Bureau served as the event facilitator for the highly successful 2011 Illinois Main Street Conference held in Galesburg with nearly 200 conveners. Our staff offers a variety of complementary services to make your meeting or convention a success as well.
Our location provides a historical yet progressive backdrop for the small to medium size gathering. The Galesburg area offers nearly 500 rooms for overnight accommodations and many meeting and banquet facilities which seat between 200 to 400 people comfortably. The Orpheum Theatre is exceptional with a seating capacity of 1000 people auditorium style.
Our staff can provide your group with free Welcome Bags, assist with meeting reservations and arrange tours of area attractions.
